Project Description:
This 52,000 SF, three-story dormitory building was constructed to house 150 students and provides gathering spaces for the students such as public study rooms and lounges.
The units are two bedrooms apartment style with living area, kitchenette and private bathrooms. The HVAC and communication wiring is state-of-the-art to meet the needs and comforts of the students. The exterior consists of native stone, brick and pre-cast concrete accents. This technologically advanced facility is a beautiful addition to the growing university.
